Attention BTCA members,

This is a reminder that changes of address, phone numbers and email addresses need to be directed to me, Melany Anaya, the BTCA Recording Secretary so that the membership roster and all mailing labels can be updated to reflect the change. The Recording Secretary is the ONLY person that maintains the membership database. I am also responsible for printing the membership directory and distributing updated mailing labels to those that are mailing any type of document to the membership, therefore it is imperative that all changes be directed to me.

We send out a multitude of mailings each year (including the show packets, ballots, membership directory and Coast to Coasts) and get many back that are undeliverable because we don’t have a forwarding address. It is your individual responsibility to inform us of any changes.

As of February 1, 2006, if mailings are repeatedly returned with no forwarding address, and we cannot reach you for a new address via email, the mailing will be discarded and we will not mail anything further to you until I receive your correct address. In addition, you will not appear in the membership roster that is mailed out to all BTCA members.

Once again, notification of changes in your status is your responsibility and they are to be sent to the Recording Secretary and no one else.

Mail your changes to:
Melany Anaya BTCA Recording Secretary
782 Raycliff Place
Concord, CA 94518
Or email me at: coolbostons@hotmail.com

Thank you,
Melany Anaya
BTCA Recording Secretary

The BTCA has available, the Emergency Road and Evacuation Help Network

If you need to evacuate your area, please, contact Sue LeCalsey at AchatesBostons@Ameritech.Net for the password to locate someone willing to help out. Call and see if their posted space is available. If that person's available space is already going to be occupied by someone else, just call the next person.

When you find a home that can help you out, go to www.MapQuest.Com for directions.

PLEASE, do not stay behind and put yourself and your dogs in jeopardy. Head to someones home that is offering a Safe Haven. None of us want to see anyone go through this kind of devastation and loss.

NOTE:
This information is available ONLY to BTCA Members using a Password for access.
